1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Edu Cert Hub. By accessing or using our website (https://educerthub.com) and services, including but not limited to IELTS, OET, PTE, Spoken English preparation, and study abroad consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Definitions

“We,” “Us,” “Our,” “Edu Cert Hub” refers to the company, its trainers, employees, and authorized representatives.
“You,” “User,” “Student” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our services.
“Services” includes all educational programs, courses, materials, consultations, and digital content offered.
“Content” refers to text, images, videos, study materials, and other intellectual property provided through our services.

3.1 Course Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or first installment as per the selected payment plan.

3.2 Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other approved methods. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

3.3 Refund Policy

Before course commencement: Full refund minus administrative charges (10%).
After first class: 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the first session.
After second class or later: No refunds are provided.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@educerthub.com.

3.4 Course Transfers & Deferrals

Course transfers to another batch or student may be permitted with written approval and may incur a transfer fee. Deferrals are allowed only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical issues) and require supporting documentation.

4. Student Conduct & Responsibilities

4.1 Attendance & Punctuality

Regular attendance and punctuality are required. Excessive absences may affect learning outcomes and access to course materials or support.

4.2 Academic Integrity

You agree not to engage in plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized sharing of copyrighted course materials. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4.3 Respectful Environment

You must maintain respectful behavior toward trainers and fellow students. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials—including but not limited to notes, videos, practice tests, and handouts—are the intellectual property of Edu Cert Hub or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for personal preparation only. Redistribution, sale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Edu Cert Hub provides training and guidance, but does not guarantee specific test scores, university admissions, or visa approvals. We are not liable for:

Variations in individual learning outcomes or test performance
Changes in test formats, policies, or passing criteria by official bodies (British Council, IDP, OET, etc.)
Decisions made by universities, immigration authorities, or regulatory bodies
Technical issues beyond our control affecting online classes or materials

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms, without obligation to refund any fees paid.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the appropriate courts in Pakistan.
